House of Monsters

Unmasking the Monsters Within

We all have monsters... the parts of ourselves we hide, protect, judge, or pretend aren't there.

House of Monsters is an afternoon of reflection, release, and community where we'll meet those hidden parts with a little more curiosity and a lot less shame. Through sound healing, guided meditation, journaling, smoke cleansing, and a fire release ceremony, we'll explore what our monsters have been protecting... and decide what we're finally ready to let go of.

Come exactly as you are... monsters and all.
